Dr. Starr enjoys a long-lasting relationship of trust and respect with his patients. Dr. Starr enjoys a private practice in Prosthodontics, in Washington, D.C. He has been lecturing nationally and internationally to groups of surgeons and restorative dentists. He has authored a series of articles on treatment planning and sequencing therapy for patients requiring comprehensive treatment. The articles appear in The Seattle Study Club Journal, The Alpha Omegan, The Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry.
