However, our dentists and assistants are very skilled, and we make the situation easier and more comfortable for everyone that comes into the office that needs one. Top Questions Asked About Root Canals

Is this a painful procedure? This is the biggest question that is asked. The treatment, since the advance of technology, is not painful. There are some tugging, pulling, and suction feelings, but nothing about the procedure is painful, especially since there are several numbing options available. Usually, the person that has this procedure has pain that is fixed.

Would pulling the tooth be better? Usually, your natural teeth are much better than fake ones or losing them. So, in short, it would not be better. If a root canal can save your tooth, then have it done.

How long will this take to complete? The time varies on the person and the problem. However, the time you are at the dentist is usually around an hour or two from start to finish.
